His career spans leadership roles in top regional companies, driving efficiency, service excellence, and business growth.
With a strong background in project management and business development, Kerollos has played a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts, optimizing operational strategies, and enhancing service delivery. His expertise in tendering, resource management, and process development has contributed to the success and expansion of the organizations he has worked with.
Kerollos holds an MBA in Strategic and Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His commitment to innovation, leadership, and operational excellence continues to position him as a key figure in the facility management industry.
Eng. Mohamed Adel
Mohamed Adel is an accomplished Senior Operations Manager with over 13 years of experience in facility management. His expertise spans electromechanical maintenance, project management, and strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence across various sectors, including commercial, residential, oil & gas, and manufacturing. His extensive knowledge in compliance, resource optimization, and cost-effective solutions has contributed to the long-term success of numerous high-profile projects.
Throughout his career, Mohamed has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing large-scale facility operations, managing diverse teams, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to streamline processes. His ability to integrate innovative solutions and drive efficiency has consistently enhanced service quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Holding a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics, along with a PMP certification, Mohamed continues to advance industry best practices. Yassa Nagy is our Head of Commercial & Business Solutions with over 13 years of experience in project management, business development, and facility management operations. His expertise spans strategic planning, commercial strategy development, and ERP implementation across Egypt, KSA, Qatar, and Oman. With a strong focus on digital transformation, he integrates technology to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Yassa has held leadership roles in top facility management firms, overseeing procurement, quality management, and key account development. His ability to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and implement streamlined business processes has significantly contributed to the success of his organizations. His experience in contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and financial analysis ensures sustainable business growth and high client satisfaction.
Yassa holds an MBA in Project Management from Rome Business School and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. He is committed to continuous professional development and excellence in facility management and commercial operations.
