HR Manager

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all Hr functions within the company including but not limited to payroll processing and personnel administration activities across multiple sites within the facility management operation.

You will ensure accurate and timely payroll, full compliance with labor laws, proper documentation, employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Your role requires strong leadership, analytical abilities, and an in-depth understanding of HR operations in a high-volume, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Lead the personnel team in managing attendance, leaves, contracts, renewals, and employee records.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and company policies across all FM sites.
  • Prepare and review HR reports, including payroll summaries, headcount reports, overtime analysis, and employee files audits.
  • Support HR audits, inspections, and internal reviews by maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
  • Perfect written English
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and payroll systems.
  • Experience handling large workforces in multi-site facility management or service industries.

  • Experience automating payroll and HR workflows
