As a Key Account Section Head, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the facility management sector.
You will lead a team of key account professionals, ensure the successful delivery of contracted services, and identify opportunities to maximize client satisfaction, renewals, and business growth. Your role includes strategic planning, performance monitoring, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Lead and support the key account team, assigning responsibilities and overseeing performance.
- Develop strategic account plans, identifying upselling and renewal opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Analyze client feedback and service metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 4-6 years of experience in client management or account handling, preferably in facility management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and large contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ✔ Ability to lead teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Certifications in customer success, key account management, or business development.
- Familiarity with facility management operations and services.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Experience in contract development and SLA/KPI tracking.
- Strong analytical and commercial insight for identifying growth opportunities.
